A Message from Michael Cleaver, President & CEO

Dear WINAIR Customer,

To remain a leading regional airline in the Caribbean, WINAIR maintains the highest level of safety and security for our customers. WINAIR would like to share what is being done to ensure the safety, security and health of our customers, employees and stakeholders.

WINAIR began monitoring COVID-19 Coronavirus from January and began adapting our procedures to ensure we remain in compliance with all requirements established in the destinations we serve (domestic and international). To provide you, our customer better insight with the latest travel advisories and regulations from the markets we serve, please click here.
We will update these requirements as regularly as necessary due to changing requirements.

With changing developments regarding COVID-19 WINAIR recognizes that some of our customers may have been affected by the impacts of this global outbreak. In our efforts to assist our customers and demonstrate our flexibility WINAIR will re-accommodate its customers for future travel for up to one (1) full calendar year. If you need to make a booking change due to travel restrictions imposed, please contact us. 

To assist our customers and employees WINAIR has implemented/augmented our sanitation procedures, additional cleaning supplies are being used both in our aircraft and in our facilities. We have expanded our sanitation protocols with emphasis on high frequency touch points.

We at WINAIR take COVID-19 seriously and are doing all possible in assisting in the decrease of the spread of this virus. We are confident that we will get through this together, as we have in the past. We remain committed to serving you with the resilience and dedication.

Travel Advisory


Due to the global outbreak of the Covid-19 Corona virus and travel restrictions currently in place, WINAIR has discontinued all scheduled flights until April 6, 2020, but has the ability to perform charter services 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm, provided that the current protocols permit the requested flight.

We will advise you on this website of any resumption of flights as soon as destinations will allow travel after April 6, 2020. Keep in mind that certain preventative measures can apply and strict requirements and travel regulations stipulated by authorities will have to be complied to, therefor we urge you to check with the destinations’ authorities before booking your ticket.

We at Winair take the public health alerts and travel restriction of our destinations seriously and will do all possible in assisting in the decrease of the spread of this virus. We are confident that we will resume operations and we remain committed to serving you with resilience and dedication.
