How do I correct a misspelled name on my reservation?
Please contact us by phone or email to correct the spelling of your name on your reservation. Charges may apply.
Can I change the day of travelling?
You can change the day of traveling up to six hours before the scheduled departure time of your intended flight. Change fees apply and any difference in fare will be added. Changes can be made easily and conveniently online. Or contact us for any questions or additional help.
One of the passengers on my reservation cannot travel with me. How can I remove a passenger from my reservation?
Please contact us by phone or email to remove a passenger from your reservation.
When can I cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your reservation up to six (6) hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight by contacting us by phone or email. All tickets are non refundable.
What happens when I cancel a reservation online?
You can't cancel online. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your reservation.
What happens if I do not cancel my reservation calling the Winair Call Center?
If you do not cancel at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight, do not show up for your flight, or do not board the aircraft for any reason, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will forfeit the value of your reservations. You are therefore advised to always change or cancel any reservation that you do not intend to use. If you don't show up or cancel your flight there isn't any possibility to get a refund or credit in any way.
What is the currency on your website?
The currency we use is US dollars.
Can I change my reservations online?
It is possible to change your reservation online. Change fees apply and any difference in fare will be added.
How much is it if I change my reservation?
Change fees are dependent of the fare purchased. Change fees range from US$ 25 to US$ 50 per segment per passenger plus any difference in fare when changing your reservation online.

US$ 25 - S and Y class (premium class and economy class)
US$ 40 - B and V class (saver class)
US$ 50 - T and P class (promo class)

How many passengers can be booked on a reservation?
You may book up to nine (9) passengers on a reservation online.
If I want to book more than nine (9) passengers, what do I do?
If you would like to book travel for ten (10) or more passengers traveling together as a group, please contact us directly, your ticket office, or your travel agent.


What are the baggage restrictions?
Checked baggage will be restricted to an absolute maximum of sixty four kilos (64 kg)/one hundred and forty pounds (140 lbs.) for any one passenger. Also any one piece of baggage weighing more than thirty two kilos (32 kg)/seventy pounds (70 lbs.) or exceeding overall dimensions (length plus width plus height) of sixty two inches (62 ins.) will not be accepted for carriage as checked baggage.
Can I take personal articles with me?
Yes, in addition to the free baggage allowance a passenger may carry free of charge, any of the personal articles listed below:

A lady's handbag, pocketbook or purse, i.e. which is appropriate to normal travelling dress and is not being used as a container for the transportation of articles which should otherwise be regarded as baggage
An overcoat, wrap or blanket.
An umbrella or walking stick.
A small camera and/or a pair of binoculars.
A reasonable amount of reading matter for the flight.
A fully collapsible disabled person's wheelchair and/or crutches, and/or braces or other prosthetic device for the passenger's use.
Certain items such as, infant carrying baskets or carrycots, wheelchairs and walking aids other than sticks or crutches must be labeled and stowed in the checked baggage compartment.
What are the charges and fees to overweight, oversized and excess baggage?
The following are the charges and fees to be applied to overweight, oversized and excess baggage Between St. Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Barths:

What is my free baggage allowance?
Each adult/child passenger has a free baggage allowance of twenty three kilos (23 kg) or fifty pounds (50lbs). This allowance includes the weight of cabin baggage (unchecked baggage).
Can I take special baggage on board?
Surfboards and Sailboards are not allowed as baggage at all. Musical instruments are not included in passengers free baggage allowance and are accepted as excess baggage on a space available basis only. Bicycles are not included in passengers free baggage allowance and are accepted on a space available basis only at a special charge.
What is considered excess baggage?
All baggage over and above the free baggage allowance of twenty kilos (23 kg) or fifty pounds (50 lbs.) per adult/child passenger and excluding the items mentioned above as personal items will be charged for at the appropriate excess baggage rate. How many bags am I allowed to carry on?
Each passenger is allowed one (1) carry-on bag which is subject to a maximum weight of 3 kilos (3 kg) or 6 pounds (6 lbs.). In addition to the carry-on luggage, a customer may carry a handbag or pocketbook, overcoat or wrap, umbrella or walking stick, camera, binoculars and reading material for the flight.
How do I report a baggage mishandling situation?
Notice of missing, damage, or pilferage of checked baggage must be given to Winair at the airport immediately upon arrival. Please contact our customer relations as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

Can I pay for my reservation with cash or cheques?
Yes, we accept cash for payment at all Winair Ticket Offices. NV cheques are accepted, personal cheques are not. Payment with cheques must be done at least seven (7) days before travel departure.
Which credit cards are accepted by Winair as payment of my travel?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Fares & Refunds

How do I obtain a refund?
All of our tickets are non refundable; however under certain conditions unused transportation may be converted to credit.
Exception: the tickets of pregnant women travelling to a destination whith ZIKA disease.
Why is the offered fare no longer available?
Our flights are capacity controlled, which means as each flight sells, your fare may no longer be available. All fares are quoted as "currently" and are only guaranteed at the time of purchase. Winair offers a range of fares. All fares are subject to change until purchase.

Children & unaccompanied minors

Can I book a reservation with children online?
Yes, you can book a reservation for your child/children online.
Can I bring my child's car seat on board?
Approved infant seats are accepted in the cabin when an additional seat is purchased at a child's fare for the infant.
Note: Bassinets, infant seats and strollers may be accepted as checked baggage at no extra charge, and are not considered part of the customer's free baggage allowance.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors?
Unfortunately we don't accept any unaccompanied minors due to safety reasons as there are not flight attendants on board our aircrafts.
What are the costs for infants?
One child over seven days old and under twenty-four months of age not occupying a seat is carried at a fee of 90% of the adult fare when included in the booking of the accompanying adult passenger.


What type of pets do you allow?
We only transport small domestic pets, such as dogs, cats and small domestic birds which cannot weigh more than seven kilos (7kgs.) or fifteen pounds (15lbs.). Pets are transported in the cargo compartment only and require import/export licenses and veterinary clearances. Pets must in approved kennels for transport and must be confirmed by our reservations department.
How much does it cost to travel with my pet?
If your pet stays in the cabin, with a maximum weight of six kilos (6 kg) or thirteen pounds (13lbs.) this costs 40 US dollars per pet (80 US dollars per round trip). The kennel in the cabin must be 11x11x18 inch. Live animals are carried at our present Excess baggage rates which are 60 dollars. Service animals are for free.
What size carrier do I need for my pet?
Your pet's container/kennel must not exceed 26" length x 24" width x 36" height.
If I am traveling with a pet, can I book my reservation online?
The number of pets allowed in the cargo compartment is subject to space availability; therefore, you must contact us directly to book your reservation when traveling with a pet. We also need the weight of your pet and its kennel sizes.

Winair takes every practical precaution to protect your confidential information. When you book your reservation on, we require you to use a web browser that has security technology also known as encryption technology, to ensure that your credit card and personal information are safely transmitted via the Internet.
