WINAIR is very pleased that we can resume flights & on this page we provide you with links to the various Government websites, where you will find all updated and important entry information and requirements.
When you are ready to book your trip, please familiarize yourself with these safety and travel protocols and requirements before you travel. It is very important to prepare yourself and the needed documentation, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
Always travel with digital or hardcopies of any documentation for verification at check in or immigration.
Non compliance will result in denied boarding, unfortunately.

TRAVEL TIP!
When you travel to any destination, make sure you have a facemask with you at all times. Every airport will have hand sanitizer available at convenient locations and points of entry, however be sure to travel with your own hand sanitizer as well. WINAIR wants to also ensure you that we have adjusted our sanitation protocols and have trained teams ready to ensure all aircraft are receiving specialized sanitation service.

March 27, 2021: A mandatory Visitors Insurance requirement will be implemented, it will be linked to the PCL form (see link above)
March 23, 2021: New measures will take effect for Curacao:
- Lock down measures are in place, everyone should stay home and avoid contact with others as much as possible,
- curfew in place between 9pm until 5am,
- a license plate system will be introduced for essential trips,
- visits to the beach are prohibited,
- borders remain open and tourist can enter following the entry requirements and adhere to new measures.

HAITI



A negative COVID-19 test is required.
There are health screening procedures in place at the airports. Travelers will have their temperature screened upon arrival.
The government of Haiti mandates that every person flying into Haiti self-declare their COVID-19 status, a health declaration will be distributed to passengers on all incoming flights. Passengers are required to complete this form, including accurate contact and location information in Haiti and present it to immigration authorities upon arrival.

St. Barth


Update: Friday April 2, 2021 passengers coming from NA and/or foreign countries (out of France) to St Barthélemy via St. Maarten who are fully vaccinated, providing negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival, and who justify a duration of stay greater than 7 days are approved and authorized to board without delay to the final destination of St. Barths.

Feb 4, 2021; As part of the measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within its country, the Republic of France decreed and implemented a lock down for the entire country including its overseas territories. Our destination St. Barth is also affected and severely restricted.

Please take note of the most recently published update to the travel entry requirements as a result of COVID-19:

“As of April 5 2021 until further notice, ONLY residents of Sint Maarten, Sint Martin, Saba and St. Eustatius will be permitted to return from Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire to Sint Maarten.”
